Upon termination of an account for any reason, your right to access and use the 77com platform ceases immediately. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any sums that 77com is entitled to withhold pursuant to this Agreement) will be returned to the last verified payment method associated with the account, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.
Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: Definitions, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Prohibited Activities.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 77com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
